Positive Exposure: SoCal Asian American Art celebrates the contemporary and intergenerational voices of the Asian American Pacific Islander artistic community. Through painting, sculpture, photography, and video this group exhibition foregrounds the personal visual language reflective of each artist’s heritage and engagement with western art traditions, especially found in Southern California.
Positive Exposure is curated by Shirley Asano Guldimann, Joyce Hayashi, and Sophia Quach McCabe. This exhibition is made possible through the sponsorship of Project Space and TAG gallery.
Showing from May 1-24.
