Artist Statement
For me, art is visual poetry - a way to express what words often cannot. I strive to create a unique and personal artistic language that connects with all over the world. My inspiration is as diverse as the images I create. Since I grew up near the mountains, hills, rivers and streams, these natural elements frequently appear in my work. I was also fortunate to be raised by a loving family along with some short- term- staying unfortunate relatives. This experience has instilled in me a deep appreciation for human stories and connections. Later in my life, I became Catholic, drawn first by the example of the famous St. Francis of Assisi and then by a growing love for Jesus. In my creative process, I blend traditional art materials with digital tools such as Photoshop and the Fresco app. Whether working by hand or digitally, my goal is to convey a sense of humanity, compassion, and spiritual depth - choosing authenticity over technical perfection.
